```Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing instruction in various subjects, and fostering a positive learning environment for our students. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Duties:

- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards

- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities

- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Valid teaching certification/license in the appropriate subject area

- Proven experience as a High School Teacher or similar role

- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Effective classroom management skills

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials

- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs or disabilities (experience in Special Education is a plus)

- Proficiency in using educational technology tools for instruction and assessment
